February 2013

Weddings

Emily+Pascal

What an interesting assignment indeed! February 23 was marked as day of wild weather in the form of tornado-like winds and rain, and a huge swell, the latter being something that the groom probably would have preferred on his surfing trips around Australia. Thankfully there was a small window of opportunity when the rain held out to get a few images, and Emily’s family home proved a great location for some pre-wedding snaps. Regardless of the weather, the party continued, but not before Pascal was bowled over by the emotion during the wedding vows in the church and passed out. There was a brief interlude as Pascal had a drink of water on the church floor before getting back to his feet, much to the approval of the guests. The reception venue at Wylie’s Baths in Coogee was beautifully decorated and Jellybean Jam kept the dance floor in full swing. Congratulations to Em and Pooch!

Paul, the photos you have taken are amazing! We absolutely love them, actually I can’t stop looking at them! You have done a truly wonderful job and we have received many compliments about them from friends and family. I was worried about how the wild weather was going to affect our photos, but somehow you have managed to nail it with no glitch what-so-ever. Unbelievable! We couldn’t be more happy with them. Thank you x
